Samburu - Buffalo spring and ol pejeta conservancy expedition.
Explore the most amazing less visited and less crowded parks in Northern Kenya, a
semi-arid land , with volcanic landscapes, crystal clear spring and unique rare animals, the
special 5 namely reticulated giraffe, gerenuk, Somali ostrich, beisa oryx and grevy's
zebra.You will visit both Samburu national reserve and buffalo spring national park which are
only separated by river ewaso nyiro with each giving a unique experience. You will also visit
ol pejeta conservancy located in nanyuki area which is famous as a home to rhinos and
mountain Kenya is easily seen from there.
Apart from the special 5 also expect to see all the big 5 namely Elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion
and leopard respectively.

Day 1
Receive a warm welcome and overnight stay in Nairobi. Be picked up at the airport and get a transfer to the hotel to spend your night on a bed and breakfast plan.
Day 2- safari to the less visited park
Be picked up by your tour guide who either speaks and depart to Samburu national reserve.
Arrive at lunch hours, have lunch then go for afternoon game drive . Keep an eye to spot
animals like grevy's zebra, reticulated giraffe, gerenuk, Somali ostrich, beisa oryx and others.
Optional village visit and a game drive
After breakfast you will opt to visit the village of Samburu and learn, see their culture and
then return to the camp for lunch and leisure rest or go for a morning game drive.
You will go for an afternoon game drive. Expect to see a lot of animals both the special 5 and
the big 5.
After the safari you will end your day by having a sundowner meal at the bank of ewaso
nyiro river.
Dinner and overnight stay at ashnil luxury camp.
Day 5- safari to crystal clear spring
After breakfast drive for 25 minutes to buffalo spring national park. You will have enroute
game drive as you head to the lodge for lunch.
You will then go for an afternoon game drive and return to the camp for dinner and overnight
stay.
Dinner and overnight stay at surana luxury camp.
Day 5- Guided bush walk and night game drive
You will depart to ol pejeta conservancy after breakfast. You will have enroute game as you
head to the camp for lunch.
In the afternoon you will go for a guided nature walk within ol pejeta conservancy and then
return to the camp for leisure rest.
Before having dinner you will go for a night game drive for 2 hours and then return for dinner
and overnight stay at Sweetwaters maisha luxury camp.
Day 6- breakfast and departure
After breakfast you will check out with the camp and depart back to Nairobi.
